ABOUT NORTHUMBERLAND’S BEST

Northumberland’s BEST began running summer camps in 2012 with a simple focus: creating active, engaging days in a safe, well-structured environment where children feel comfortable, included, and excited to return.

Our priority has always been helping children settle in quickly — feeling supported, making friends, and enjoying their day from the moment they arrive.

In 2016, we expanded to include an after-school program, allowing us to support families year-round. That experience continues to shape our camps today, with an emphasis on consistency, clear routines, and strong relationships that help children feel confident and at ease.

We serve families across Northumberland County through Summer Camps, March Break Camps, and After-School Care. Each day is intentionally designed to balance movement, creativity, imaginative play, and positive social connection, all led by attentive, engaged staff.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain quality, safety, and a strong sense of community. Many families return year after year, with siblings joining us as they grow.
